Great customer service in a cleaning business is about trust, consistency and care. It's always important to be on time, pay attention in details, answer their calls or messages, treat their spaces as if they were our own. Ask clients how we can improve or make better their experience with the service.

And one of the most important things for a great customer service is to have a good attitude, many clients will remember how we made them feel even more than what we cleaned. Greeting clients warmly, polite and with a smile can make the difference between a great customer service and outstanding customer service.
